Already the end of this very special year. I have written or covered quite a few subjects to better help you live a life to your liking.
If you have not had time to land on this blog, well, I offer you the best moments. Shall we dive?
February Blog: A clear vision of your desired life
Imagine it is now the future, a few years from now. You never took action to create the changes you want in your life. How do you feel and what do you see? What does it inspire you to do or not do now?
Come back to the present moment. Write down what you just experienced.
Now, I what I want you to do is I want you to imagine you are years off into the future again, near the end of your life. But in this future, you’ve taken imperfect actions every single day to make your life a masterpiece. Because you’ve known for a wild now that you only have one ticket to this particular life. You have lived the full ticket. How is this future different than the one you experienced before? How do you feel and how do represent that great, satisfying future? What does it inspire you to do or not do now? Write all of that down now.
March blog: Courage to transform
Before moving forward, you must take some time to align yourself with what you want. Let’s do this now. Here are five questions and sub-questions to ask yourself when making the decision to get out of your “normal”.
- What do I have to gain by making this shift? (Who will I be? What are the benefits?)
- What do I have to lose by sticking to what I know?- Who can help, guide or coach me so I give it my 100%? (Do your due diligence to find the best match).
- How do I want to feel when I’ll have what I want? (List at least five emotions, then visualize feeling and having what you want. If you can imagine it, you can realize it. It’s a question of commitment.)- When do I want to feel this way?
a) I’m scared, yet that’s what I need, now.
b) Whenever, it’s not that urgent. I’m comfortable in my “normal” situation. If you answered A, then you are on the right path to get it sooner than later. Being scared is normal when we do or think in new ways. Fear and uncertainty will always show up when we try anything new.

April Blog: Why do we resist change?
So, what is resistance and why is it so important to address it? Resistance is the way your subconscious mind attempts to prevent us from making core shifts. It is the guardian of your beliefs. What this means is your subconscious mind is trying to protect itself by not letting you – the conscious mind – make any changes that would cause it to let go of what it already knows.
Simply put, the closer you get to real transformation, the more subconscious resistance you may experience. This can take many forms and varies from person to person. Just like a client of mine once shared with me: “I’m defiant because I love my problem. Who will I be without it? I’d rather feel sad and numb then nothing”.
The most common forms of subconscious resistance are: feeling too tired to continue with the new habit or technique; feeling sick or becoming ill; in protective mode; apprehensive; withdrawal; failure to engage; not listening; feeling angry; feeling sleepy; burping; nausea; hiccups; feeling doubt; anxiety; frustration; impatience; delays; perceived dangers or risks; and many other possibilities. The subconscious mind will do whatever it takes to try to “correct the course” to keep you on track with what it holds as “true”.
June Blog: Nuances of doing nothing without panicking
I'm not encouraging you to do nothing at all, but to decide that doing nothing is part of a ritual to take good care of yourself. We are in the FOMO (fear of missing out) electronic movement and now is the time to start the NOSMO (the necessity of sometimes missing out) movement.Doing nothing really means doing something: living in accordance with nature and with our own nature; carefully being in and observing the world without flinching to our own core needs. The purpose of the articles I write is obviously to put into practice the suggested tools. If you have read so far, I can conclude that you needed it badly. Take it slow and read this article again so it can become a first step to being more connected to life and moving towards NOSMO without guilt or panick.

October Blog: How to brake out of a bad mood
Bad moods are the dumps. No one likes bad moods and even more so, no one wants to be around someone who's feeling sour. A bad mood is a great way to bring you - and everyone around you - down a dwindling spiral. So how do you shake off a bad mood? It’s easy! Just try out one of these simple ideas to turn your frown upside down:
1. Get dressed. That’s right. Get up, take a shower, put on some nice clothes and gussy yourself up to the nines.Studies have shown that your mood has a lot to do with your self-image. How different do you think your self-image is between a just-rolled-out-of-bed look and a ready-to-hit-the-ground-running look?By getting dressed and doing what it takes to make yourself look good on the outside, you feel better on the inside. When you feel better on the inside, your mood changes significantly and you’re ready to face the day.
2. Tapping. Do the basic tapping protocol of Faster EFT. Ending by the happiest memory of your life will certainly shake this bad mood out of the park.
